‘Self Help’ gives access to courses and information orientated towards self help. It’s a safe place where you can get access to interesting stuff, links for advice and help, and more as it gets added in. Started because when I wanted advice I couldn’t find anywhere to get it, without paying or getting brushed off. Our legislative definition around “Vets” leaves a lot of former service people with little access to some lovin when it’s needed. And we all can do with a little self help assurance and somewhere to reach out to when its needed.
