I paid for help once, a course run by an ex serving person. I purchased someone else’s ego trip and personal opinion; I rarely got to speak and walked away feeling I had been told how it is and how it has to be. Ultimately I found seeking good advice and reconnecting with brothers and sisters to shoot the shit and talk of days gone by was my best healing move. Just sayin.
